Monthly Management Fee: 10%–12% of gross monthly rent
Flat Rate Option (as MGR for LLCs): $50/month or $500/year
Tenant Placement Fee: 75% of the first month’s rent
Lease Renewal Fee: 50% of the first month’s rent upon renewal
Scheduled Inspections: $150 per inspection (3 inspections per year - optional)
Work Orders: $40 per visit + 100% of the cost to complete the service (includes real-time tracking via software)
