My name is Karina L. Bruschetti, and for over 14 years I’ve worked in the real estate world — not from behind a desk, but directly in the field. I’ve acquired properties, structured developments, converted hotels into condo-hotels, and managed the day-to-day operations of real estate assets and condominium associations. I’ve seen every phase of the process — and every challenge that can come with it.

That journey taught me that real estate success isn’t about theory or timing — it’s about preparation, clarity, and experience. And more than anything, it’s about people.

After years of building and managing for others, I created Lumina Compass Group to offer something more personal: a company that doesn’t just consult — but walks with each investor, every step of the way.

I hold licenses as a Florida Real Estate Agent and Community Association Manager (CAM), with a specialization in Condo-Hotel management and project conversions. But more than credentials, what I bring is empathy — because I’ve been through it all.
